Hi! I’m so glad you’re here 😊
I’m the owner of Living Waters Renewal, a licensed massage therapist for 14 years, and a newly licensed esthetician. Apparently I looked at one career helping people relax & heal and thought, “You know what? Let’s add another one.”
I’m a mom of two amazing kids and three dogs who definitely think they run the house (they might be right…)
When I’m not in the treatment room. you’ll find me soaking in the mountain views, falling in love with the sunset, or gardening…although my plants and I are still negotiating what “thriving” looks like! Every season is a new experiment 😂
My favorite holiday is Christmas (I could listen to Christmas music all year!), my favorite weather is a sun shower (when its raining and the sun is shining), my favorite book is the Bible (no other book has challenged, encouraged, or changed me more), and I can’t wait to welcome you to Living Waters Renewal🤍
My Education
I graduated from the Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy in 2012 and have been practicing as a licensed massage therapy ever since. In June 2026, I expanded my education by graduating from VKMD Institute of Medical Aesthetics, allowing me to combine therapeutic bodywork with professional skincare services. I offer these services to you from my private practice in Colorado Springs, just minutes from Rampart High School (where I graduated waaaay back in 2002). I do enjoy learning about the new things in each field; there is always so much to learn!
